Position Overview:
Nudraulix, a trusted supplier of hydraulic and pneumatic components – specifically hose, fittings, and adapters –  is looking for a driven and experienced Territory Business Development Manager to establish and grow our presence in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Kentucky.   This is a remote, field-based position for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening new accounts, and creating long-term value for industrial and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy to expand Nudraulix’s footprint in TN, AR, and KY
  • Identify, engage, and secure new business with OEMs, MRO buyers, contractors, and industrial accounts
  • Build relationships with distributors, resellers, and key decision-makers across the region
  • Represent Nudraulix at relevant trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
  • Provide product knowledge, solutions, and support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Maintain regular communication with the leadership team and report on sales pipeline activity

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in hydraulics, pneumatics, or related fields
  • Existing relationships with MRO buyers, maintenance teams, or purchasing agents a strong plus
  • Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and drive results without micromanagement
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
